Dibas Neupane is a seasoned Information Security professional with over 35 years of experience. His career has been marked by his expertise in both technology and management, making him a skilled and dynamic manager in the modern era.

During his tenure at Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) from 1988 to 2018, Dibas gained invaluable insights into the banking industry, including monetary and foreign exchange policies, secure payment systems, and regulatory oversight of the financial sector.

As the former President of the National Statistical Institute and current President of TrustResearch, Dibas has demonstrated his leadership capabilities in managing business and social science research projects, collaborating with entities such as the Government of Nepal, UNICEF, and non-government organizations, applying technology and statistical methods to address critical challenges.

Dibas Neupane holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with top honors. He is also recognized as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) since 2000 and a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) since 2004. His extensive experience, coupled with his multifaceted skills, positions him as a highly accomplished and knowledgeable professional in the fields of information security, technology, and management.
